Purpose
Orbite presents a planned affiliate network for poker, sports betting and trading prop firms. At this stage the site serves to demonstrate the product and gather expressions of interest.
Access to the service
Access is free. You can join the waiting list, browse a demonstration account whose figures are fictional, and create a real pro account with an email address and a password.
Your password is never stored as such: only a cryptographic derivation of it is kept, which does not allow it to be recovered.
No commitment at this stage
Being on the waiting list guarantees neither admission to the network, nor a commission rate, nor a launch date. No amount shown on the site is due or payable.
The publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue the site at any time without notice or compensation.
Your obligations
- You must be of legal age to gamble in your country of residence.
- You are responsible for the lawfulness, in your jurisdiction, of any promotion of gambling or trading services.
- You undertake to provide a genuine email address and not to attempt to disrupt the site.
Liability
The information on this site is provided for guidance only and may change. The publisher cannot be held liable for any decision taken on the basis of the figures shown, which are fictional, nor for the content of third-party sites reached through a link.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably before being brought before the competent courts.
